I had requested my account to be closed months ago, changing providers. Now I am getting bills and "threats" of disconnection even though my accounts should already be closed and disconnected. Every time I call, I get tossed onto a forever hold or told, "that isn't my department, try [insert contact I just got bounced from]".
Worse yet, I get, "we can reconnect you if you pay $XYZ"... YET MY REQUEST TO HAVE THEM DO THE JOB THEY FAILED TO DO MONTHS AGO FALLS ON DEAF, OUTSOURCED, EARS. What does a person have to do to get a telecom giant to do thier job and stop billing me for thier ineptitude?
