trouble activating my prepaid account

Just Moved In
I'm trying to get my prepaid phone going, it's saying that I need to link my account to the website or something like that..but when I try to do that it asks for my account number. But I don't have a account number as I'm just signing up as a prepaid customer so I'm not really sure what's going on

I assume you are following this activation process.


In addition, you may be able to set your new phone up through an existing account number online, but more likely you need to follow the process through the online portal linked above or the phone itself, which may require speaking to a Telus Customer Service Rep.
