There are dozens of topics on the forums here specifically for Snap and why not to use it. The better way is ask the person that sent you the photo to email it to you instead.
SNAP is only available for clients with blocked/no data or an ancient phone incompatible with MMS (picture messaging). The SNAP gateway keeps a copy of the message for 5 days. Visit the URL on a PC/Laptop and try log in. Customers receive a password on their phone and will need to speak with our technical support (1-866-558-2273 or https://twitter.com/TELUSsupport) if the password is lost.
