Since Apple's latest firmware update which was also closely followed by Telus' network update (verified in Settings>General>About) I have been experiencing an increased frequency of dropped calls substantially more than the 'normal' two or three each month. My co-workers who also use iPhones from 5, 5s, 6, 6s and 7 have also noticed an increased number of "Call Failed" messages on their phones apart from other service anomalies not previously encountered. All iPhone users with whom I have spoken to on this issue also report their phones drop to 3G from LTE after a 'Call Failed' message and LTE is only restored after rebooting the phone. Has anyone else in this area experienced similar service anomalies?
