Ticket# 11428687 - Need new Esim assigned

Just like the title states.

 

I've done the heavy lifting for tech support but unfortunately they are just defaulting to script reading. 

 

I would LOVE someone to take a quick look at the ticket (11428687).

 

Summary.

 

Pixel Watch 3 cannot download Esim to watch.

Have factory reset dozens of times, from phone watch app and watch, always selecting delete 'esim'.

 

I need a NEW esim assigned to the watch. I've read multiple people with the same error and this is the solution generally.

 

Could a Telus tech with a heart of gold please take a look and resolve this? Our Christmas gift watch is turning into coal.

SOLVED.

 

Wow. Frustrated and defeated I figured I'd just play around and I solved it.

 

For anyone from the future, here's how I fixed it.

Id been told to erase resume multiple times and I had but through a different way. 

 

Here's how this other option goes:

On your watch go to settings, connectivity, then Mobile.

Scroll all the way down to' Advanced', reset Esim.

 

Honestly seems so easy and dumb of me. But they only had me factory resetting and selecting delete esim. I never saw this option until frustration boiled over.
