I was sent a loyalty offer through text from the Telus short code. It has a link to the telus site where the offer should be but nothing works, the offer is also neither in my App with login or Web with login. I tried calling an agent who could not make the offer either. It's a decent offer but expires in a few days. Who can make this work??

I'm not seeing short code 5458 in our directory. It does fit the criteria but there isn't a live one that matches up. Can you share the details of the text with us (if you share a screen capture, please block out any personal info).
