Terrible Customer Service... No Loyalty....

I have been with Telus for years... I signed up for that new Telus Drive+ which was one of my offers in my account.

Then I receive an email stating that I need a $200 deposit? My account is up to date, $0 balance and for the $15 that you charge per month for this device, you want me to put a deposit down?

If Telus doesn't come through on this, I'll be taking my services somewhere else the first deal that comes up these holidays... Boxing day isn't far away.....
