Switched phones now neither work

Just Moved In

Went on line to switch from my samsung to i phone 4 i got for christmas....have pay and talk plan still had 8.50 remaining.  Now both phones do not work plus cannot call out to report this ...WILL NOT LET ME CALL*611

Did you activate the proper sim card number? If yes, give a call here 1-866-558-2273 and yes, Telus will be able to confirm which serial number is active and why your device isin't working properly.
