Well, seven hours of phone calls and three emails with automated responses... I'm at my wits end.
No one has listened and understood... 

Stream+ is not working or not even usable... I can see it under my subscriptions and I can click on manage subscriptions but it says nothing is there or available at this time.
I don't have an option to cancel anything. I  click on any of those links on the side and it just refreshes this page and shows the same message. It's automatically taking payment out of my account and I haven't been able to use it ever... it's been over a month of trying to get this resolved or canceled and no one is willing to help me. I just keep getting told to cancel it on my end or I need to talk to someone different. I feel like I have talked to every department and no one is able to fix this. I'm at the point where I'll start reporting this to the Credit Bureau.

Does anyone have any solutions or a number that I can call and not wait on hold for over an hour to just be transferred around in circles?

 

Feeling so unheard.
