It hasn't even launched in the US yet. Musk will be trial running it in the US for the first year before expanding it outside of the US. The other issue is that the CRTC hasn't approved it in Canada yet. The federal government is still in the middle of their consultation for it so I doubt any Canadian carrier would be offering Starlink's service until that is done. Direct to Cell hasn't even shown that it works or is reliable yet. It's also going to be a paid service.
