Sim swap issues

Trying to swap sim cards and when I try to get verification email it just says "too many attempts" and try later ....i

Regarding SIM swaps, our system and fraud prevention in place can be fairly strict. Perhaps someone tried to swap the SIMs in the past and that's what triggered this. Best bet would be to reach out to our Mobility team at 1-866-558-2273 so they can look in to it for you.
