When ever I call Telus the call Center was so loud that I could not hear them. Not just one time.
last time I talked to a person they had to mute there side of the phone. Garbage telephone sales people do not talk clearly, I had to ask them to slow down while they talked. I feel like they do not want the business I wanted to see new plans and buy a new phone. Was so frustrating that I think I will leave Telus. Treat you like garbage.
