Prepaid Mobility Automatic top-up is not working

I have had a prepaid mobility account for several years, always on automatic top-up.  Never a problem until this week.

I received the usual text message telling me my plan was automatically renewed.  Tried to make a call the next day.  A recording tells me I need to top up my account.  My credit card account was charged, and my telus mobility account shows the payment.  Help.

Update:  Tech support called back.  The problem is that the Balance Expiration Date was not extending in the Telus system.  They said they would advise the back office.  Hopefully this is fixed by next month.  Waiting to speak to an agent can eat up a big chunk of one's day.
