Just Moved In
Two weeks ago I upgraded my wife’s account to a U.S./Canada plan for an extra $5. Yesterday o had to increase my bill $35 because the “only available plan” was premium US/Mexico/Canada. After several attempts talking to customer service they assured me there were no other options. Every week or two Telus is changing plans, erasing old ones, not adding new plans. It’s out of control.
