How do I report mobility coverage concerns over to a team who can make decisions around expanding the mobility coverage or fixing the coverage issues. In our community of Nolan Hill NW, Calgary. AB including few surrounding communities, there is a great need for service coverage review as the coverage is not ideal at all. There are numerous times I have seen Telus and Koodo mobility users complaining about data issues. The data just don't want to work properly. If it works, it's just super slow. The community here really needs better mobility coverage around the area
There is a Telus NetXP app for your phone which allows you to report coverage issues.
