I have a problem installing things on my Xbox One updates to games that are installed are fine along with system updates but actually installing new games and apps doesn't work but it did work sometime before June but since June this has been a problem and I've done a ton of research as to why it is happening and everything I've tried hasn't worked I've tried contacting Telus and I was told to contact Microsoft then was sent back to Telus, then I tried port forwarding and that didn't affect anything, then I tried sending my Xbox One to my Sisters home which also has Telus internet and everything installed and worked perfectly fine but she lives some time away and it is not a good solution to the problem I'm just hoping this might help solve the problem or start a search for it even, this link is to some people that have the same problem (http://forums.xbox.com/xbox_forums/xbox_support/xbox_one_support/f/4274/t/1803617.aspx) (The internet works fine on PS3, Xbox 360, Mac, and Windows 7/8 I have yet to see a problem with any of these)

So nearly 3 weeks and nothing? I see people get replies nearly instantly with mediocre problems and I'm having a big problem but I can't atleast get a "We will look into this" or something, thanks so **bleep** much...

Maybe try putting your phone into hotspot and try if you have the same issue? That could confirm if the problem comes from Smart Hub or cellphone network.
My experience with Microsoft it that it's never "their issue", even when it is (in my case it was their office software, not XBox), so maybe keep looking on forums?
You could also contact Telus tech support and log a ticket...

I don't know how or why and i'm not gonna question it but suddenly I decided to check if it was working and I started up a game then everything was downloading just fine , I tested it Sept 10 - 15 and it has been working since then.
