Let me start by asking you a question. Which password are you looking of recovering ? If it's the voice mail password, you will need to call tech support. If it is to recover you phone password, the method would differ depending of the phone you own. If it's to recover an email password, you will have to contact the email provider support.
As for the cell booster, only certain Telus stores have some in stock. I would recommend you to call the store directly to ensure they've got any, to save you a trip and frustration in case they don't.
