I'm having a lot of issues with telus servers when trying to sync my email account. What am I doing wrong?

Make sure you have the proper settings for your email server type - you might have to contact TELUS to find out which email server you're on but these settings should help:
For an IMAP server:
imap.telus.netPort: 143Use Authentication: NoUse SSL: No
For a POP server:
pop.telus.netPort: 110Use Authentication: NoUse SSL: No
Outgoing Server Name (same for both POP and IMAP):
smtp.telus.netPort: 25 (or port 587 - if port 25 does not work)Use Authenication: NoUse SSL: No
If your phone’s internet is still working, I’d try calling their landline support. Those @telus.net emails are hosted by them.
