Anyone have a hint for how to get a hold of anyone at Telus. After the last two days of waiting on hold for hours with different numbers, and trying the online chat which never works. I get to #3 or 2 in the que and it freezes. How is anything supposed to be resolved with a company that offers no customer service??

@Michael93 Go on chat say you have tv internet or cell problems. Now keep asking for a live agent again and again. You will get live person in a reasonable time frame. Keep asking in some cases you will get callback in 10 to 15. Good luck.. LIVE AGENT ASK

Was on hold for 90 minutes so opted for the callback which took equally as long but finally got a live contact.
