I bought my iPhone 5S 64GB at the No Term price in May 2014. Why does my bill show a device balance to this day? When i bought the phone I was told there would be no device balance outstanding.
You will need to contact Telus directly to address this issue. The participants here are customers, just like you, and have no access to your account.
