I see a similar forum post (old) so starting my own for support..
I have an iPhone with an unlimited nationwide plan, and a cellular Apple Watch with a OneNumber Unlimited Access plan.
When I first got this, my understanding was that I could use my watch to place and receive phone calls. But whenever I answer a phone call on my apple watch I am charged $0.50/minute?
The "OneNumber Unlimited Access" plan for my watch, on my bill, says Unlimited Nationwide Calls.
Both my Jan / Feb 2025 bills have these local call forwarding charges for answering on watch.I had signed my Apple watch up with the EPP OneNumber Unlimited Access plan, so I don't understand why I am being billed at all for it.
How do I have this corrected, and stop the forwarding charges from future bills? (sent a PM, but no response yet)

Closing loop on this.
Used web portal chat support instead.
Call forwarding feature was missing from my phone plan (I assume should have been added when I activated watch plan). The support agent added the forwarding code to phone plan, and credited my Jan/Feb bills for the local airtime (forwarding) charges ($0.50/min).

+ 1, being told this is expected.....as the watch as its own number, the phone has its own number, when the phone is off the call gets forwarded. so what's the point if i am essentially paying per use then

My watch rings a call a good 5 seconds sooner than my phone does. I have to wait for phone to start ringing first, just to skip this forwarding charge for answering on watch. It's not supposed to be a fee. I've been waiting since Feb 9 for support on forums here to acknowledge this.
