I live in l'Assomption QC and switched to Telus last winter. I came back after a few months away and the signal sucks. Most calls fail, people cannot hear me and I can't hear them. Did something happen to towers, etc for the service to be so degraded. I talked to others that are experiencing the same. If it does not resolve itself I'll have to switch back to Videotron that had better signal (I end-up having to use my wife's phone to call back and have a clear conversation).

Have you had the chance to speak with our Mobility team about this? You can also visit our coverage map at https://www.telus.com/en/mobility/network/coverage-map and enter your location. There'll be a green 'Report an issue' button which leads to a form that you can fill out; this form goes straight to our network team for investigation.

Reported the issue last week. Have not heard back.
