Last month we got our first bill which was way more than promised. After spending more than hour with 3 different people, it was supposedly corrected. The issue was that at the time of signing the deal a discount was promised, but it was not applied during billing.
We paid the adjusted amount on November 18th. So far so good.
Now in the transaction history, I see another bill due. At first I thought maybe it was the next month's bill but that can't be right because the price is way higher than promised.
Another weird thing is that the transaction was posted on Nov 30th, but the bill due date is November 25th. So it's showing it's past due.
I'm hoping it's just a glitch, otherwise it's just downright scamming by Telus. Promising one thing, then charging a different price. Not only the price is wrong but the dates don't make any sense.
I'm getting really frustrated with Telus and their representatives wasting our time. Is there a hope or should I just switch to some other carrier?
