Why don’t they tell you in store that you can get discounts online after you ask them if there better discounts online, there a 60$ connection fee and if you buy online you don’t have to pay, called Telus to inform them and ask for my discount and they said there’s nothing they can do, also been paying 100$ for a worse cellular plan when there’s better and faster options for cheaper? Telus services suck done with them and all their hidden fees

The $60 pays for the personal service you get at the retailer. Since many of them are independent businesses, it is unsurprising they would not direct you to another business, rather than providing service to you while you are present.
