Device Care complete (Asurion operates this) is definitely not "complete". When we had to make a claim, the online system is cumbersome and didn't provide a way in which we could complete our claim. We had to contact a representative and also felt the process very cumbersome as we had to call back a number of times. We also had to pay a "service charge" of $400 to get our new phone. Once the phone arrived we noticed that the phone they sent us was a "used" model too. It came with a 90 day warranty and no explanation as to whether our device care complete still is effective as we are paying $17 month for this. I wold recommend looking into a better insurance product such as Apple Care.
