There are two possibilities available.
1.There may be a problem in your Sim card so try another one.
2.Your mobile is locked to particular network provider.
If your problem persists,Your mobile phone is restricted by some network so try to unlock your mobile phone. You can unlock your mobile phone using network unlock code. It's the best way to unlock your phone. If you need an unlock code for your  UnBBLock.com     I hope it will be very useful to you.

Hi,

1. Please also remove and put back in the SIM to ensure it is position properly.

2. If your SIM is not registering it maybe best to call in or provide the SIM here so we can ensure it is assigned to your phone number.

3. If number 1 is correct and number 2 has all the proper information then you will require a new SIM. (Sorry)

Please let me know if I can help in any other way.
