upgraded firmware on Samsung Galaxy S II X, new app on phone "app house" produces error message

Just Moved In

"A communication error has occurred. Please attempt hyour operation later."  As well, the instruction said I would have to redownload hubs, mini diary and photo editor.  Doesn't say where.  I 'chatted' with Samsung.  The tech didn't have a clue what I was talking about.  I did have entries in the mini-diary, and they would appear to be 'lost' now, except in the backup file I made before I updated the firmware.

Hi, I wasn't able to remove the app and I think it cannot be done. Follow these steps here

However it can be disabled on an Android device using the following steps:

Settings > Applications/Application Manager> App House > Disable.

It should help if it's disabled. Good luck, hope it helps!
