Voicemail to text
Trying to set up Voicemail to Text to go to a specific email address - the support page says do this in your account but I can’t find out where.
Thanks - I follow all of that and eventually get to the “Voicemail to text Unlimited 8” option, which says “convert your voicemails to text or audio file and receive them as an email or text message”.
This is where I’ve been all along and I receive messages converted to text by email (which is what I want) but there’s no place to select an audio file option (which is also what I want because the transcription is less than perfect, especially for accents) or any other kind of option setting. Have tried unselecting/reselecting and nothing in the way of an option shows, the only thing I can do is select “Voicemail to ext Unlimited 8” or not.
