Hi @Amesgogo I'm sorry to hear about the delivery of the device that went wrong. If UPS confirmed the device was lost, did they provide you with anything that mentionned it? Sadly, this forum would not be able to answer your question, but suggest to contact our care team.

- This happened to me May 28th, but my phone never made it out of the UPS station. Lost phone and Telus opened a case and won't send me a new phone till they figure it out! 15 emails, 15 phone calls, hours wasted talking to polite clueless call centre people. I am disgusted with Telus. 20 years I have been a loyal customer and they can't even have a human reach out to call or email a solution.
Customer service slid to where I'm posting on social media in order to get some one to assist! May 28- July 4th and still no phone. Sad.
