Hi,

Will the Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Ultra N9860 work with all Telus mobility frequencies including 5g as this is not a Canadian model.

That model of Note 20 is for the Chinese market specifically. It is not compatible with Canadian 5G. It should work on 3G/LTE but there are no absolute guarantees. The second SIM slot won't work in Canada as it appears to be GSM only.
