Thanks, Dimo-X--was trying to avoid a 'factory reset'. Looks like that's not a possibility... 

BTW,  NFtoBC couldn't reply to my original post and I  couldn't reply to your post.   I typed my answer and hit 'reply' and nothing happens.   ????
