I ordered a galaxy s24 violet, as the person asked which one I wanted, I should have chosen black. Because no one told me the violet was sold out. I am on week 3 and my phone is no where to be seen, and we have talked to at least 3 people at telus, and not one has been helpful on when I can get my phone. It says processed and no shipment date to be seen. Tried contacting the online salesperson I dealt with to cancel it and go for the black phone, and nothing. I'm a business mobility customer, and they don't seem to care that I'm in need of a new phone right now.
We are definitely tempted to leave telus, they are so unhelpful and hard to get a hold of.
