Optik TV app not working on my phone

Just Moved In
Whenever I try to log in I get an error message that says something went wrong and please try later. I'm using a Samsung A5. Can anyone help?

Delete the app off your device, reboot the phone. Then redownload the app and sign in.

What phone are you using, the Optik app version and current phone software version.
