Hi I am abroad and have been with Telus for more than 2 years. I was trying to go on my app to pay my bill but the app shows that no account is linked. The app was working fine for more than 2 years. When I try to link the account it says that the account is already linked to my profile when clearly it’s not. Please let me know what to do
