I need your guy's help before I invest in a G3.

It's a European model, labled LG G3 - D855.

Looking on GSMArena, it seems to be that it supports these bands.

2G NetworkGSM 850 / 900 / 1800 / 1900 - all versions
 CDMA 800 / 1900 - CDMA version
3G NetworkHSDPA 850 / 900 / 1900 / 2100 - D855
 CDMA2000 1xEV-DO - CDMA version
4G NetworkLTE 800 / 1800 / 2600
 LTE 700 / 800 / 900 / 1800 / 2100 / 2300 / 2600 - D855
LTE - CDMA version

I've heard that Telus should work on these bands, and LTE 700 is what Telus runs on.

Would the phone work? I just need some verification from some professionals before I go ahead and purchase this phone, and then use it in Alberta for 4G LTE.

Hi, here are the frequency bands that TELUS is using right now 4G LTE: 2100 MHz (AWS) HSPA: 850 MHz and 1900 MHz (UMTS) CDMA: 850 MHz and 1900 MHz (PCS)  so the LG G3 should work, if it's not lock on a specific network.
