I have Lg K4.. all I wanted to do is few phone calls and mostly text so no data plan, I'm on Prepaid. Question is..can I add enough data to be able to add on automated quick respones when I'm driving and will not answer cell?

Yes, you can either add on data as needed, or switch to a plan including a small amount of data.
