How many days does it take Telus to resolve a complaint

Ishaikh
Neighbour

I’m trying to return my leased devices, but TELUS is insisting that I purchase them, which is completely unreasonable.

I opened a case and requested someone to contact me to resolve the issue, but I’ve heard nothing back.

This has been the most frustrating and disappointing customer service experience I’ve had.

I have spent numerous over five calls to try and get in touch with Telus information technology, risk management or any facet of telus that can and will determine the actual phone number and account and information of a caller to me. These calls have come in regularly and have false phone numbers displayed both to me 403-699-1078 and to the telus call centre 905-214-7698 but! when I use the callback feature on my telephone, the telus system will not accept and complete the call and states that I have insufficient funds or plan to connect this call. This activity by the telus information confirms that TELUS has the technology and is aware of the actual phone number. The entire expenditure of time up to this email exceeds four hours and I was "transferred to privacy department" at precisely 1702 hours eastern the point at which the office has closed. This is additional vexatious conduct by telus and violates both the letter and spirit of TELUS's customer service commitment and I do and intend to argue rises to the level of violating the criminal code of Canada:

(b) the participation or contribution of the accused actually enhanced the ability of the criminal organization to facilitate or commit an indictable offence;(c) the accused knew the specific nature of any indictable offence that may have been facilitated or committed by the criminal organization; or(d) the accused knew the identity of any of the persons who constitute the criminal organization.

well as civilly being criminal harassment itself in whole or in part. I am exploring avenues for redress including but not limited to criminal prosecution and other remedies offered by the court against TELUS, and TELUS's current management as I have made repeated attempts in good faith to contact  TELUS and put a stop to this criminal harassment and been obstructed by both TELUS's automated systems and human staff as well as telus's policies which are secret and directly in opposition to telus's public representations to me as a customer, and as a member of the public.
