How do I delete a spam voicemail???

I keep getting a spam voicemail from a Saskatchewan phone number claiming to be Telus. The spam 'hijacks' the screen on my Telus ZTE Cymbal 2 flip phone and forces you to select and play the voicemail. And it won't allow you to delete it. What is the fix for this???

Listen to it one more time, and block the number?

I had already blocked that number...a long time ago. They, somehow, get around the blocking of the number. Spoofing???

Yes. I have call control AND the number is blocked...

Yikes... they can definitely get aggressive with their tactics. Might be best to report it in this case, there's a handy link at https://www.telus.com/en/about/security/report-a-problem for reporting spam/phishing type of incidents.
