I did an online device trade in with Telus back in October. Its still showing in transit after 5 weeks, tried calling Canada Post with no luck. Called Telus multiple times and no one is able to help. This phone is from bring back program and telus had already charged me $690. Ive seen alot of post about the same problem and wondering if someone is able to help.it’s getting frustrating having to be on a call with telus for hours with no resolution.
