Blocking Unkown numbers or Private numbers on iphone 5c

Is there a service to block all private and unknown numbers from my Iphone 5c I would like everyone that calls to display there number??

No, there is not. Since there are many legitimate reasons for folks with whom you have a relationship choosing to block their cell number, my opinion is that blocking a call simply because the number is not disclosed is not a good idea.
