Telus just changed my router from the Actiontec to a new round white thing for which I cannot find a name. My problem is that the admin password on the sticker is rejected as incorrect in the MyTelus app. If I try to log in on my pc using 192.168.1.254, I get the same result. Is there a work around or can Telus reset the password remotely?
