upgrading a 2-year term midway, penalty?

If I have a 2-year fibre internet plan at some bandwidth say 250MB and I decide after 6 months to upgrade to a higher bandwidth say 1GB do I have to pay any penalty for the early termination of the first plan? The bot cannot answer this question and there is nothing I can find in the terms and conditions to answer the question.

Hi @Pvanas - you can always upgrade at anytime and that won't be cancelling the service agreement in place

I’d never have an issue if someone wanted to give me MORE money!

Seriously, I’ve done what you’re asking, and all I needed to do was re-up my contract for another 2 years.
