According to the email sent by Tellus, it is charging me for a service that I have not contracted. On September 5, I sent an email informing you that I had no contracted service, they did not give any response, the customer service line was called where they reported that it had already been canceled and no payment had to be made. On November 4, 2021, I received the collection email again. Could you guide me?
Most of the members on the forum here are Telus customers and not Telus employees. For any billing related issues you would need to contact Telus directly. Depending on which service you are referring to there may be different phone numbers. You can find the various numbers here: https://www.telus.com/en/bc/support/contact-us . Chat is an option also, but for something like this phone may be the better choice.
