internet connection

 can anyone tell me what type of connection this is ?
I just moved in and my roomate says it's Telus but it's a very slow connction.

@alanchamberlin  Not fibre  Straight telus copper wire connection. Check your account for what speed you signed up for. Maximum 150/150 with a bonded 2 pair of telus phone wires.
