Telus modems or internet connection

If anyone has questions on internet connection, modem, switches, routers, cable, ports issues please let me know

    How are people connecting the ethernet ports on the network access hun or aracadyn nah20?

    On the NAH20 ,1 gig or 10gig port on the nah or aracadayn nah20 to the 2.5 gb port or 1 gig port?

      Hi dru,
      I am unable to login back to my telus community neighbourhood account after entering using my user name and password.
      I get these error messages

      You need to re-authenticate for following reason(s):

      The username or password is not recognized.
