Unable to login to admin on modem

I am unable to log into the router to set up port forwarding. I've tried everything I can think of. I am getting to the admin login address, using the correct credentials including the admin password located on the physical router itself and it says my login credentials are wrong. And yes, I am using the admin password, not the wifi password. 

 

Model: Technicolor HT20T.

 

IP Address that seems to take me to the correct site: 192.168.1.254

 

I enter the password and, NOPE. Says its wrong. 

I have factory reset the router using the physical reset button. 

Still no dice.

 

Any ideas?
