Hello,
I am being overcharged on my home service and not charged according to the contract/service agreement, I tried to call support and the loyalty team with no resolution. I am not expecting such a pathetic service. It's been the case for the last six months and I have paid more than $100 extra on my bill till date
Please help.

I read this too often. Why would you pay more than the amount you agreed to in the contract. Stop doing that.
