I was previously on internet for good 50 when I found that my ip-phone doesn't work. Long story short it was because Telus downgraded my internet to CGNAT. I was told that to get out of that I have to upgrade to 250Mbps fiber at the minimum, which I did and signed 2 years, and it worked well for a few months.
And then suddenly, I'm thrown back onto CGNAT again! This is making me very angry. You can silently downgrade my service and hope I don't find out??? I filed a complaint to CRTC, this is not what we agreed upon! I want to be out of CGNAT and be given the service I paid for!
