Hi, I don't know how I'm supposed to resolve this problem other than escalating to some Canadian consumer protection service? I just wanted to switch my internet to a new location (within the same apartment, but a new unit) and somehow I got locked in for a new higher rate plan and e-mails about my upcoming appointment but no actual time or date of when the appointment is??? Can someone assist me??
