I have tried to resolve an issue via a phone call. The agent could not resolve so I asked to be transfered to a supervisor. I was told this would mean up to an hour on hold. I do not have the time to wait and then explain this issue. I asked the agent how to file a compliant via email or online form and he said Telus does not offer this option. I want to confirm this before filling out the online compaint for with the CCTS.
